My stay at the condo was fantastic, with breathtaking views and a prime location right on Kaanapali Beach. The condo was well-stocked, making it easy to enjoy our beach days. However, there were some issues with cleanliness that kept me from rating it higher, and I wished the shower had been a bit more updated. Despite these minor drawbacks, the experience was overall very enjoyable.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable week in Maui, staying right on Kaanapali Beach. The views from our high-floor ocean view room were simply breathtaking! The location couldn’t be better, being steps from the beach and close to shops. However, we were disappointed with the check-in experience and the overall lack of customer service; it felt a bit impersonal, especially compared to what we saw for other guests. If it weren't for the stunning views and location, we might have hesitated to return due to the service.
